Our directory of study and remote work locations represents a substantial investment of time, effort, expertise, and resources. While individual factual elements (such as a business name or address) may not be protectable in isolation, our unique compilation, curation, verification, organization, and enrichment of this data constitutes valuable and legally protected intellectual property.

12. Limitation of Liability

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Colorado without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions incorporated by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Frugal Engineering Inc. regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
