Q: Too many kids running around and loud. Can't study. They have a quite room, but parents bring their kids in there too.. I don't recommend this place to have a place to quietly study.
A: Parents are responsible for controlling their children. If parents are dropping their children off at the "PUBLIC LIBRARY" in lieu of taking them to day care, this is inappropriate. Public Libraries are paid for by "Tax Payers." They are NOT!!! FREE DAY CARE CENTERS.
