About Bambu Baltimore

Located at 802 Fleet Street in Fells Point, Bambu Baltimore opened in February 2023 as Maryland's first Bambu franchise. Owner Jack Vo, a Vietnamese immigrant, brings authentic Che--homemade dessert drinks and puddings--plus Vietnamese coffee, milk teas, and fruit smoothies to the community. Made fresh with ingredients like hand-cut coconuts and pandan jelly, our customizable menu (over a million combos!) suits all, with vegan and gluten-free options.
