Q: How do you make Boba???
A: Boba is just a sweet, flavored tea with milk. You can typically find a powdered version at any Asian or world marketplace. Or make your own with green or black tea, milk, and a flavored sweetener. Served hot, cold, or as a blended slush. The boba, or "bubbles" are tapioca pearls. Usually, they are in the same aisle as the powdered drink mix. They come dehydrated. So, all you need to do is boil them in water. I like to boil them but add sugar generously to the water instead of salt. It makes the boba a little sweeter. In then keep left over boba in the fridge usually in a little water and honey. I like them better on day 2 when they're chilled.
