Q: If there is a statue of Great Dr. B R Ambedkar here?

A: Yes. It's in the left hand side corner of the library's ground floor. You will have to cross the gates to access it (which usually requires an ID. However, you can try and talk to the people at the reception and they might allow you as well). There is a guestbook right next to Ambedkar's bust and anyone can fill in their details.
