Q: Why is it?.. No one in drive through..2 young men behind the counter.. 15 minutes waiting for service and they're not paying attention to the counter. Twice this has happened and twice I've walked away. Love their coffee, but won't happen a 3rd time.
A: Same thing happened to me only they had three people working. Drive through gets full attention, people at counter get ignored. Walked away.
