Tre Cuori Gelateria is a love story--between people, cultures, and flavors. Founded by Tassia, a passionate chef and confectioner from Brazil, Tre Cuori means "Three Hearts" in Italian--representing Tassia, her husband Rafael, and their son Pedro. After moving from Brazil to St. Louis in 2013, Tassia turned her lifelong love for sweets into a new adventure, blending Italian gelato traditions with the warmth and joy of Brazilian hospitality. Since opening our doors in March 2023, Tre Cuori has become more than just a place for gelato.
