About Italian Gem Cafe
Italian Gem Cafe located at 19 Center Middleboro,MA is owned and operated by Jessica Gemma. After having spent her summers in Italy with family her love of Italian cuisine was always something she craved when returning home. She decided to step away from her nursing career and open up the Cafe/bakery. At Italian Gem Cafe you can find Italian, Gelato, espresso, cappuccino and Italian hot chocolate, croissants, cannolis, tiramisu and an array of desserts that fill our counter and pastry fridge. From 11:30 and on focaccia is available to purchase along with focaccia paninis each created with their own flavor profile. Sundays you can find fresh sourdough bread. Everything is made fresh daily in house so items are limited and sell outs often.
