Q: I don't understand why the barista left me hanging when my delivery order was complete. Instead of calling the customer's name, which is the routine, she just sat it on the counter with the name facing away from the customers and walked away. When I do deliveries, I get paid by the hour so it doesn't bother me financially. It is quite rude though.
