Q: I went to this place today and was so upset with the way staff service ( I think he a manager), they make a wrong drink to me , and don't make me a new drink, just said sorry cause was so busy! And walk away and say need move on ! I was upset the way he handle my case, I feel he try to get rid of me, I'm so upset just left the drink there and walk away... never wana come back or even drink Starbucks again
A: If you think it was the manager who didn't treat you well, contact the corporate office and tell them what happened. I had a mix up with my drink one year and I was violently sick. Contacted corporate and they apologized and send me a gift card as reimbursement
