Martin Diedrich founded well known OC favorite Diedrich Coffee in 1984. In 2005, seeking a return to his roots as a small, local, independent coffeehouse operator, Kean Coffee was born. With Kean Coffee, Martin and Karen Diedrich have brought the focus back to quality and community, roasting coffee in-house and elevating coffee to an art form.
