Yummylicious Cookie Company is focused on making great tasting treats using organic whole-grains and organic sweeteners. Our definition of "natural" is "minimally processed". "Food in Cookie Form"TM is a phrase we use to describe our products because your body takes hours to digest instead of the minutes you get from store-bought pastries and cookies. Why the big difference? It's very simple.....our minimally process ingredients take longer to metabolize than the store-bought "junk" which uses highly refined ingredients (White flour/sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, oils, preservatives, etc.) which almost immediately go into your blood stream creating the "sugar rush".
