Q: What is your dark roast coffee and your medium dark roast ?
A: Hi Diane, thank you for your interest in our brand and coffee. We offer different roasting profiles depending on the coffee. The strongest roast we use is for espresso. We roast the coffee according to the personality of the coffee, the origin and how it behaves in the machine. As an example, if you have a premium piece of steak, probably you wont cook it until burn point because all the goodness and flavors that are there will be lost. We roast with handcrafted detail to get the best flavor and aroma of each coffee bean.
