Once the sacks of coffee leave the farm, they have already been husked, processed, and dried. Foxtail then receives the raw coffee in pallets and starts to develop roast profiles for each lot, highlighting that bean and origins most positive characteristics. The cafe then proudly shares the lot with their local community. Foxtail Coffee Co. is in the business of education.
