About The Morristown & Morris Township Library
Our Library provides residents with reading materials, access to technology and continuing education, self-improvement, enjoyment and information. We achieve this by providing a location for the dissemination of state and local documents, New Jersey history sources and materials that will support Historic Preservation research. We are the keystone for the Township of Morris and the Town of Morristown, the two communities for which we serve.
Featured Question
Q: Does this library sell any old unique books, also do you buy or do trade-ins?
A: Hi Judd -- our Friends of the Library do sell a variety of used books (largely donated from our patrons), which include some unique or vintage books. Their sales are every Tuesday 10-2 and the first and third Saturday (from Sept.-June) from 10-2. They do not purchase any books and the only unique or antique books the Library have purchased in the past would be largely books on Morris County or NJ history. Does that help?
