A: Jayson I am pretty familiar with starbucks. I don't see how you can get an order at $8 for a Simple Cafe Americano. And Starbucks does not charge for sugar and cream. So I'm questioning the accuracy of your posting here. If it's definitely correct then you should contact her Starbucks management by simply calling their main office in Seattle or the regional office in Southern California and from what I understand if an error was made they generously usually offer a refund. And if you have some proof we would all love to see you submit it but that probably isn't possible.
