A: As far as COVID safety we not only follow local guidelines (requiring masks, lowered capacity, appropriate space between seating), but also take an over abundance of caution by staying vigilant for any symptoms, isolating when necessary and, requiring all employees to temperature check before each shift. We also practice frequent sanitizing of all high-touch areas in the shop and have additional handwashing procedures in place.
