Q: Can a person donate books there and where do you drop them off?

A: The library only accepts book donations by appointment. Those with donations are asked to complete the online form at bloomingtonlibrary.org/book-shop to coordinate drop off with the library's Book Shop Coordinator. The library does not accept textbooks and tech books older than 3 years, encyclopedias, dictionaries, and anything wet, yellowed, or damaged.
