PROOF Coffee Roasters is a quality-focused and socially conscious Coffee Roaster, Wholesaler, and Coffee Shop "chain" (family owned), serving and supplying the best 100% Certified Organic coffees and the most delicious espresso imaginable to New York City, the greater Connecticut area, and beyond. We roast local to Brooklyn, NY, and focus primarily on ultra high quality single-origin coffees and espresso that tastes exceptional on its own or within an espresso-based milk beverage like a latte or cappuccino. PROOF gives 5% of proceeds across the board to charity by way of PROOF Positive Fund, which gives to charitable organizations focused on mental health services and outreach, suicide prevention, and the removal of the stigma in general.
