About The Bird & Billy

We are a family-owned and operated coffee house and bakery offering dozens of rotating single-origin coffees from around the world, roasted right here in-house as well baked goods, tea and chocolate with nearly everything made from scratch. We're currently in a "soft-open" phase where we are offering a basic menu and seating while we more fully build out our drink and food offerings as well as our seating, space and decor. We look forward to your feedback so that we can build the best possible experience for our grand opening in the coming months.
