Q: I have been a faithful SFBay Coffee user for a long time. Making my purchases through Costco. For the second time this morning, the pod did not have a good seal and opened while brewing. Not a big deal but it's hard to clean the grounds out .
A: My suggestion is to go to their website and give some helpful feedback so that the folks there are aware. They will likely want to replace your pods and may want some samples or serial numbers from the batch of pods. Enjoy!
