Q: I literally just had the best experience at the Strongsville starbucks. I didn't get the lady's name who was taking orders but what an angel! Best experience i've had at any starbucks.
A: I HATE that location. Tried for over a month to get a medicane ball when I was nursing a sore throat. Kept saying they didn't have the ingredients to make one. Every other Starbucks had no problem making one.
