About Tasa Coffee Roasters

Tasa Coffee Roasters is a family-owned cafe and roastery located in Chicago's West Humboldt Park, founded by chef Jackie Marquez and her husband Pierre. Inspired by their shared love for coffee and culinary arts, they began roasting on their patio during the COVID-19 pandemic and opened Tasa in 2022. As a Latina-owned, woman-forward business, Tasa celebrates culture through its specialty drinks like Horchata Cold Brew and homemade empanadas and tamales. Committed to equity and sustainability, they support fair wages for employees and coffee farmers alike.
