Q: Is there someone who monitors the library? I study on the 4th floor (quiet room) and there is always this man who eats really loud and takes phone calls obnoxiously. I'm too much of an introvert to ask him to stop or leave the floor.
A: You could definitely ask the people at the first floor for the monitor to assist you regarding this issue anonymously on the 1st floor. I think the monitor's office located there.
