A: Hi Slav, Sorry for your bad experience. Tbaar is a franchise, the mother company decided to do so since too many people complained about the flavor due to removing or adding the ingredients freely from other locations, so their new rule for all franchisee that they have to follow strictly the formula for key ingredients due to quality control, otherwise we would lose our franchise license.
