Cafe Birdie is a family owned and operated cafe located in downtown Edwardsville, opened March 2023. Our mission is to connect our community through delicious food and drinks. We pride ourselves on using quality products, making thoughtful food, and delivering exceptional customer service. Our menu features a wide variety of baked goods, a vibrant lunch and weekend brunch program, and an interesting selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Everything is made in-house using local and seasonal ingredients (whenever possible) sourced from artisans and farmers who share our passion for high quality food.
