About Theory Coffee Roasters

Award-Winning Coffee Roastery serving coffee, tea, kombucha, and specialty drinks paired with Eden Bakery's baked goods and pastries. Try our gold medal coffee beans, fresh pastries, grab and go items, single serve Steeped coffee packs, or some sweet merch. We started as a collaboration between two local coffee roasters and are now a full scale cafe and roastery where the spirit of collaboration and community is at the heart of everything we do.
