Q: is this a shelter for people to get off streets.

A: No. It's not a shelter C.O.C. (Community Outreach Center) is ran by Golden Hills Church... although it's not a shelter, it IS a place where people will help direct you to resources for things such as shelter, emergency food and other resources..they also serve Dinner Mon.- Fri.. anyone is welcome! Including homeless people..They also have pastors and volunteers that will give you spiritual guidance,(if you want) They're really a great bunch of people, who welcome everyone..
