Q: This is less of a question and more of a request... There needs to be a Maman in New Orleans. New Orleans has a bustling food-centric culture, and Maman's aesthetic, and quality of food would be a great fit here. I'd love to discuss this further
A: From my experience inside the newest cafe here in DC, this is not a place for a quick pickup and go unless you place a mobile order. Places like Maman and Tatte are always busy, but food to table times are longer than average. While the aesthetics are appealing and baked goods and dishes are quality, please consider those other factors.
