A: Hi Allene! Orders purchased through our website ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible. We do not ship over weekends as our cookies are a perishable bakery item and it will cause our cookies to be in transit longer and not arrive as fresh. After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive an order conformation email as well as another email when your order has shipped.
