Q: Why can I not get a response on my online order or get someone to answer the phone for my inquiry?
A: I don't work for them so this is just an assumption, but they're a small business and they may not always have the staff to handle calls or social media communication. I did DM them on IG once and they got back to me, so maybe try that? I had no issues with them when I was in the shop. They all seem very nice so maybe just give them a little time to respond to a DM? Good luck.
