A: Hi! Yes Starbucks is currently open for walk in and mobile pickups as long as you have a mask. If not don't worry we got you covered! For the previous incidents with short staff, we do apologize but opening during a pandemic was chaotic and due to the volume of customers, the mobile option may have had to be turned off however we want to fully apologize and recommend coming to see us again sometime! We would love to see you and show that we are there to fulfill your Starbucks needs! If you do choose mobile, if the drive through is low, feel free to pick it up or you can walk in however keep in mind placing a order does not mean skipping the line. Your order is put in que based on the time placed meaning there could be 10 mobile orders ahead of you on top of any cafe orders that were placed prior to yours but please don't worry!!!
