[NOT A CAFE] - We are a Coffee Roastery and training facility - Born and bread in the Texas Hill Country, we source specialty coffee beans from all over the world and carefully roast them to bring out the best characteristics of that bean. Our coffee is roasted fresh daily to order and available for pick up local pick up. We're proud winners of Roast Magazine's Micro Roaster of the Year 2021 and Good Food Award Winners 2023, 2025. Our team can talk your ear off about sourcing methodology, roasting theory, and tasting notes. A: they weren't last time i was there (3 weeks ago) but i'd call because they seem to change things up fairly often
