Q: Why does staff continually overfil the garbage so birds scatter your garbage all over the back lot? Clean it up!
A: Our landloard refuses to provide proper disposal service for any of his tenant despite the fact we all pay monthly maintenance fees to him. The cost for him to get extra garbage disposal is minimal. He simply refuses to do it and yells at his tenants and tells them he will evict them if they bother him any further. The city does nothing and my only resolution has been for us to get our own garbage can which we pay for on top of our maintenance fees. I'm sorry for the mess my wife and I often come on the weekends to clean it up. The guy is a slumlord and a terrible human.
