A: Yes. And they're more than happy to grind it to your specifications. Just ask. They'll need to know whether you're using an espresso maker or a regular drip coffee maker. Whether you have a cone filter(?) or something else. They used to grind both decaf and caffeinated for me together so that I could make espresso for iced mocha lattes. Just be open and polite of course, as with anything, if you ask nicely, you'll likely get exactly what you need.
