Q: Why did you choose to close on Sundays? You have the best coffee in Redding, and I'm disappointed we can no longer come here on Sundays :-(
A: First of all, thank you! We work very hard to produce high quality drinks and food. And...I'm sorry. We've never been open on Sundays, with the exception of 2 weeks during the early Covid phase to help out the community & fellow coffee shops who were closed. It's important for us to have one down day so that we can keep our machines (and employees) working properly. Being "hands on" owners means 24/7 6 days a week even when we're not physically at the shop, we're working. By all means if you see is there on a Sunday working on equipment or deep cleaning, give a tap on the window and we'll make you a drink. Ciao!
