About CAO Bakery & Cafe

CAO Bakery & Cafe is named after its founder, Antonio Cao, a third generation Cuban American baker. With sweet cafecitos and fresh pastelitos, CAO combines Cuban baking traditions with friendly fast casual service in a warm cafe atmosphere.

Featured Question

Q: This question is for the owner. Would you be interested in having someone to assist you in the bakery for the summer? Im planing on going into the baking industry but first wanted to get some hands on experience.

A: I don't think they do all the baking in that location since it is a branch. You will definitely get some experience if you convince them to hire you with no experience. Perhaps you enter as a customer service since they always need help. That is my opinion. Good luck
