Royal Flamingo Coffee is an award-winning micro-roaster in Columbus, Ohio. Husband-and-wife duo Bryan and Beth Brzozowski launched Royal Flamingo in 2021 with a mission to make serious coffee for unserious people. They focus on carefully sourced, high-point coffees in two lanes -- really great daily drinkers and super limited micro-lots that showcase what's new, interesting, and cool in coffee. (Jump on the latter because they often won't last long!) They want to make great coffee that's easy, approachable, and fun. Royal Flamingo's coffee shop is now open at 945 King Ave. (inside I Like It Like That Bar), serving Wednesday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Royal Flamingo Coffee is available online for nationwide shipping.
