Q: Are they allowed to close early? Meaning 5-10 minutes. I watched someone go through the drive thru at 7:55 and I was behind them at 7:57 and sat at the menu till 8, and even said hello? Then the staff stared me down as I drove off.
A: I haven't ever experienced that either. In fact, there have been times I've called the store 3 minutes to close asking them to make my drinks and I'm almost there and they do so gladly. BUT I used to go to Starbucks daily as well...even still I'm not sure that makes a difference. So sorry that happened ... I would've been super upset!
