Q: What are the Covid safety practices like here?
A: Your safety is important to us. Our Starbucks is practicing CDC guidelines for retail spaces. We have one-way directional traffic with stickers on the floor indicating 6ft distancing. We have installed plexi-glass dividers at the registers and have glass surrounding the production line. We have spaced out all the tables and chairs to be 6ft apart from each other, but right now our lobby is closed for dine-in guests. All crew members are required to follow proper handwashing procedures, wear gloves, and wear masks. We have also provided hand sanitation stations at the entrance, the register, and at our hand-off plane. Along with these guidelines, each crew member takes a self-assement survey for health prior to each shift. If a crewmember is experiencing any symptoms of or has been exposed to any persons who have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, the individual must self-quarantine until it is safe for him or her to return to work.
