Q: Why don't you open earlier than 7am? Most coffee shops open around 5am for people who work earlier shifts like myself.
A: I concur RJ En BUT keep in mind this is a coffee shop and the majority of there business I would think is mornings. So if you open for 5am instead of 7am that would give you 2 additional hours of business. I'm just saying I would be a steady customer before 6am 5 days a week and I work for a LARGE Retail store in STB where word of mouth could bring many more early morning customers.
