Vibe Cafe, under new ownership since July 2024, offers a fresh take on breakfast, brunch, and lunch in the heart of Hilo. Our most-loved items include the Pastrami Sandwich, Acai Bowls, Ube Halaya Latte, and our signature Pink Waffles. While Vibe began as a vegan/vegetarian cafe, our expanded menu now features protein options like bacon, fish, and eggs, alongside plenty of flavorful vegan and vegetarian dishes.
