A: We are working in cohorts so that if someone gets sick we close the shop entirely for 2 days and are able to quarantine half of the staff for a full 10 days. No one comes back on the floor without 2 negative PCR tests. No indoor seating, hand sanitizer stations available, 6 ft distance placards, take out and online ordering available, masks required, staff lunch breaks are taken in separate downstairs office, contactless payment available and encouraged, and we have 2 UV air filtration units to filter the air at the cafe
