Q: OK, So what does it take to train the staff at the new Starbucks ( Missouri Boulevard in Jefferson City) to take an order? And, has anyone ever gotten an order under 15 minutes? Or, has anyone ever gotten two consecutive orders correct?
A: I always go inside. For someone reason the drive through is a joke. I literally watched someone set my drink by the window and wait 5 minutes to hand it to me. Never a bad experience when I've gone inside though.
