A: Wow..Sorry to hear.I always go thru the Drive Thru..I go there almost everyday. When I pull up to order,most know me by name and already have my order on the screen before I have to order..I am normally out in 5 minutes or so..My experience is always the same..The Manager should have given you an apology and a complimentary Coffee drink..
