About Trilogy Coffee Roasting Co
Trilogy Coffee Roasting Co. is a family-owned coffee company established in 2014 with a cafe and roasting facility in Downtown DeLand, Florida. We roast seasonal, specialty grade coffee which is available in our cafe by the bag and by the cup. Brewing options include espresso, classic drip coffee, pour overs, and cold brew and nitro cold brew coffee on tap. Available food items include fresh baked pastries, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, fresh fruit and gourmet oatmeal by Anson Mills. And if you're looking for something other than coffee we have a selection of hot and iced teas, matcha, chai and hot chocolate with our house made mocha. Plus frozen pops from our friends at The Hyppo in St. Augustine. We look forward to serving you!
