Q: How is this large franchise not ready for their customers when they open? Showed up at 5:37am for a black hot coffee and they didn't have it brewed yet.
A: I'm not sure only speaking from what I've been told. If they didn't get there at least 45 minutes before opening to have the place ready. Or they where short staffed.
