Our Commitment *Premium coffee (in partnership with Intelligentsia) *House-made syrups *Exceptional sandwiches with fresh ingredients (only use freshly scrambled eggs) *Delicious pastries, both made in-house and selected from the finest local bakers The Story of De Clieu Coffee In the 1720s, Gabriel-Mathieu De Clieu, a French naval officer, transported a coffee plant to Martinique, enduring storms, pirates, and rationed water. His dedication led to the spread of coffee plants across the Americas. Our Inspiration Our founder, Jade, was inspired by de Clieu's story and named the cafe "De Clieu" to honor his spirit. We opened in 2014, using only premium coffee and house-made syrups.
