A: Very sad that Starbucks has chosen this model for the location. The store has lost its personality and is just a cattle line for the almighty dollar. What happened to going in, getting your coffee, sitting and relaxing? That's how Starbucks got their start and it was successful. The drive thru lines are long, traffic backs up and the service is slower than ever.
