Q: When I asked for extra chocolate in my mocha frap I thought it would mean I would get extra chocolate blended into my drink. What I got was the inside of the cup layered in chocolate. Am I wrong?
A: They have been making a buncha, buncha mistakes lately, each time I have gone with my order of 4, the last few weeks. It seems like the workers are very tired and may be over worked, or short staffed too. Even though they are making many mistakes, I do appreciate how kind and polite the staff is.
